Meet Executive Chef Justin Franco

Justin Franco is the executive chef and owner of Invitation to Dine. A 10-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Chef Justin has honed his skills all over the world including time in England, Oman, Qatar, Cyprus, Iraq and Afghanistan.

After departing the service, Chef Justin became a chef at the New York, New York hotel, working his way from Banquet Sous-Chef to Executive Sous-Chef of Gallagher's Steakhouse.

Chef Justin departed Gallagher's to open and co-own Billy's BBQ in Summerlin, Nevada, which eventually became one of the most popular BBQ restaurants in Las Vegas metro area, winning multiple awards including best new-comer at Bite of Las Vegas.

After selling Billy’s BBQ, Chef Justin became the Executive Banquet Chef for the Paris Hotel. Leading a team of 30 individuals, with annual earnings of over 16 million dollars, Chef Justin increased food quality scores from 78% to an unheard of 91.7%, earning highest scores among all Caesars properties.
