The following menu items have recently been prepared by our chefs for customers at private parties and dinner parties. Some of the items are also available as part of our boxed meal program. All items are handmade and prepared to our chef’s exacting requirements for presentation and flavor.

Chopped Vegetable Salad w/ hearts of palm (V & GF)

Iceberg lettuce, shaved radish, radicchio, grape tomatoes, diced cucumber, feta cheese, hearts of palm and fresh chive and oregano


Mixed Asian Green Salad w/ Yuzu Vinaigrette (V & GF)

Water crest and mesculn mix tossed with avocado, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, shredded cabbage and Yuzu vinaigrette. Can add seared Ahi Tuna
